Returns and Cancellations
We have a very easy, hassle-free returns policy. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a prompt credit coupon. Simply return unworn, unwashed merchandise with all tags attached in the original box packing (if included) within 15 days of delivery for an exchange. You will be issued a credit coupon only for the item(s) you are returning. This coupon can be used for a future purchase at leenagallery.com.
→ What are the items/services that I cannot return?
Following are our returns guidelines
1. Due to the intimate nature and hygienic standards of certain items, we regret that it is not possible for us to accept returns on briefs, panties, shapewear, swimwear, strapless bras, items with silicon pastings, hosiery, or any lingerie set that includes a brief. If these items are returned to us, they will be sent back to you at your expense.
2. Gift cards are non-returnable and can't be exchanged for cash.
3. Gift box charges won't be refunded if goods are returned. Also, any replacements you've asked for won't be gift boxed.
4. Products that are sold as packs cannot be returned as individual items.
5. Items on special or season promotions or on discounts and stock clearance, will not be returned or exchanged. The no return policy ( Product Not Returnable) will be mentioned in the product tab in such cases.
6. In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns where it's obvious that the item has been worn, washed or soiled.
→ How do I return something?
Check that the items you're intending to return meet our returns guidelines.
Then follow these instructions to request a return:
Step 1:Put the item(s) you intend to return along with the original invoice, product tags and product packaging in a shipping box. Original product tag should be intact.
Step 2:Seal the box securely with a tape.

Step 4:Send us the packed box through your preferred courier service. Ensure that the following address is securely pasted on the returns box -

Step 5: Once you have shipped the box, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org OR sms/whatsapp at 7982917159 to inform us about the returns shipment. Please include your original order ID number in the email/msg.
We will notify you via e-mail of your exchange/return within 10 working days of receiving your courier.
→ Is pick-up facility available in my area?
No we don’t offer reverse pickup facility at the moment.
→ Who pays for return shipping?
If you are returning a purchase for a credit/exchange, you are responsible for the return shipping and to ensure that the products reach us in good condition. We will process your return within 10 working days of receiving your shipment. Our quality team will check the products to ensure they comply with our returns guidelines. We will then notify you with your coupon code.
If we have shipped a wrong item, not as per your order, we will bear the shipping charges towards replacement. In this case, we will credit your account with the shipping charges paid by you.

→ I ordered the wrong size, and I want an exchange.
Firstly, please ensure that the product you wish to exchange follows our returns guidelines.
If we do not have your right size, we will issue a credit coupon to you. You can use this coupon to purchase any other product from the website.
Please note we do not have a provision to refund courier charges in case of exchange due to wrong size ordered.

Once we receive your courier, we will issue you a coupon for the value of your returned item.
→ How is the value of credit calculated?
The value of your credit coupon is calculated as value of the item(s) returned minus any Discount Voucher, Shipping and Cash on Delivery charges if applicable. Please allow us up to 10 working days from date we receive for your return shipment to process the credit coupon. Initial shipping fees is not refundable.
→ How are returns calculated if multiple items have been bought using a discount voucher?
When a discount voucher is used in a transaction, the value of the discount gets split proportionately across all items on the order, according to value of the items. For example, if you’ve purchased one item worth Rs.300 and one item worth Rs.100, and used a discount voucher of Rs.50, then 75% of the voucher value (Rs 37.5) gets applied to the Rs.300 item, and 25% (Rs12.5) to the item that is Rs.100.
→ Can I return promotional merchandise?
Sorry, you cannot return or exchange free gifts or promotional merchandise that you might have received from Leena Gallery as part of our marketing promotions.
→ Can I return a gift?
If you received a product as a gift from loved ones and need to return it for an alternate size, please follow our returns guidelines. You can exchange the gift for a credit coupon that will be issued to you. Please note that the products are to be returned at your own expense.
